Here are the rules:
1st of all I have
changed the table of points so there will be no more equality between
the places, so from next tournament every place will have it's own
points.
The day of the tournament
and the scheme are voted by all BAN members within 1 week; The hour of
the tournament has to be between 18:00 and 20:00 GMT, hour chosen by
the hoster of the tournament.
Every BAN member can host a tournament as long as he respects the rules!
After hosting, the results have to be announced on that day's tournament so i can upload them to the BAN tournament points table.
